Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after the order is shipped, depending on location.

IDDU is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address information.

Returns:

• Products must be in their original packaging and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the error is on our part.

Refunds:
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the order.

Exceptions:
