3. Products
All our products are carefully selected and described as accurately as possible. Some items, such as ceramics, are handmade and may therefore vary slightly in color, shape, or texture between individual pieces.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in Icelandic krónur and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is made at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards [add accepted payment methods, e.g. credit cards, debit cards, online payment systems].

5. Product Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on location.

6. Right of Return
You have the right to return unused, unopened, and undamaged products — except food items — within 14 days of receipt.
Food items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

7. Return Process
To return a product, please contact us by email in advance.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unchanged condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

8. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and approve the return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

9. Warranty and Complaints
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, as appropriate.

 

10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.iddu.is, including images, text, and logos, is the property of IDDU and may not be copied or used without permission.
